Reishi Shipping Costs, Delivery Time & Import Issues

1. I want to place an order, but would like to know how much shipping is going to cost first.
Shipping estimates are shown in the shopping cart for items that actually can be calculated. Shipping fees for orders will also be shown during the check-out process. You may check shipping fees by entering the checkout process without buying the items.
We offer FREE International shipping for orders exceeding 18USD and apply a flat rate of 18USD for any order that are below 200USD.
2. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Here are some general guidelines for shipping times. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after you receive your shipping notice, not after the time you place your order.
EMS: 2-14 days (averages 2 - 4 business days)
DHL: 3 - 5 business days (averages 2-4 business days)
FedEx: 3 - 5 business days (averages 2-4 business days)
Sagawa Express: within 4 Days (For Customers in Japan)
SAL: 7-45 days (averages 8-16 business days...varies greatly by country -- Spain, Belgium, Italy, and most South American countries are especially slow)
NOTE: FedEx cannot ship to PO Box, APO, or AP addresses. EMS cannot ship to APO or AP addresses (PO Box addresses are OK)
Unfortunately, due to inordinate customs documentation requirements placed on private shippers (and not on the postal service), or because of problems with local delivery agents, we are currently unable to offer FedEx shipping to customers in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, Russia, Indonesia, the Philippines or most countries in the Middle East.
For postal service shipping, customers in Asia, USA, UK and Canada can expect their packages at the lower end (2 - 4 Days) of these estimates, while customers in South America can take quite a bit longer. Also, our experience shows that customers in Italy and Brazil should be prepared to wait up to double the above times for their packages. Keep in mind that these times are the usual amount of time it takes and packages can be delayed for any number of reasons. Because such delays are out of our control, please do not contact us about your package being delayed until at least double the maximum amount of time shown above has passed. If you have waited that long, and you still have no package, please follow the instructions on our missing package page.
3. About import duties and taxes
Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying these fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs; failure to pay fees or provide documents will result in the package being sent back to us, at our initial expense. The customer will then be held responsible for that cost and all return shipping costs, non-payment of which will result in the customer's open orders being canceled and the customer's account being locked. If a reship is requested, those shipping fees will also be charged. In certain cases though and at our own discretion, we will take care of reship charges.
NOTE: Mexican Customs may require something called a "Sanitary Permit," which must be obtained and provided by the customer.
4. You said my order had been shipped, but it has not arrived.
First, please take a look at item 2 of this page. This will give you a good idea of how long a package normally takes to arrive. Also, be sure to keep in mind that these times are the number or days from the time we ship your order, not the time you place your order.
Before you contact us about a missing package, please allow twice the maximum number of days shown on our shipping times page. In the meantime, check the online tracking if your package was shipped by FedEx or postal service EMS.
In addition, you may wish to contact your local post office and see if your package isn't being held for you. Often packages are held for customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box. In those cases, the mail carrier will leave a postcard informing you of this, but those sometimes go astray.
Please note that SAL shipping does not have a tracking number and is not trackable. If you want a trackable shipping method, please choose either EMS or FedEx.
If you have waited for more than twice the maximum number of days and your package still has not arrived, then please see question number 5 on this page.
5. I've waited the amount of time you recommend, but my order has still not arrived.
First, check with your local post office, or with FedEx if your package was shipped that way. Often, the post office (or customs officials in some countries) will send you a postcard informing you that your package has arrived. If you didn't receive this postcard for some reason, your package my just be sitting at the P.O. waiting for you. Second, check to make sure that the shipping address you sent to us is correct (you can do this by checking the order confirmation notice our server sends you after you place an order). A simple typing error there can cause huge problems, of course. Third, if you've moved recently, make sure you left a forwarding address with your previous post office. Fourth, make sure that a family member or co-worker (if you have your order shipped to work) didn't receive your package and then simply forget to tell you about it.

Please Note : The Japanese post office can investigate missing packages for up to six months after an order has shipped, it usually takes 7 to 10 days for the japanese post to search your package. If the recommended time has elapsed and you still have not received your package, please contact us as soon as possible. If you fail to contact us within six months from the day your order was shipped, we regret that it will be impossible for us to assist you.
