Do you regularly exercise for your own health?

To maintain good health, it is generally said that you should exercise for 30 minutes or more at a time, about 3 times a week.

This time, I would like to note about the synergistic effect of "Reishi" and "Hot Yoga" that I experienced.

 

Women generally suffer from various symptoms such as poor circulation, stiff shoulders, skin problems, hormonal imbalance, and menopause.

The reason I began Yoga was the solution for them,

I've been doing it for over 5 years, and surely, yoga has increased my flexibility, and by relaxing my muscles, I've had pain such as stiff shoulders and back pain relieved.

 

The next, I would like to introduce the top 3 physical changes in hot yoga, which I felt

after bringing "Reishi" into my daily life, which has added effectiveness to Yoga

practice.

 

  1. Increased feeling of warmth in the body, improvement of poor circulation
  2. The amount of sweating has obviously increased
  3. Improvement of swelling

 

It's been about 3 months since I started taking Reishi every day. Before, I didn't sweat much with hot yoga, but after taking in Reishi. I feel the warmth of my body and the amount of sweat more during hot yoga. I'm feeling a change.

Of course, there are individual differences in how you feel the effect, but I would like to expect more changes in the body in the future!

 

Research papers and evidence have been reported gradually about the effects of Reishi and exercise, and I hope that more attention will be paid to "Reishi" in sports field.
