          Consumption:
          Put about 3g to 5g of Ganoderma lucidum in around 600ml of water and boil over low heat in a glass decanter or enameled kettle for at least 20 minutes without boiling.
          Note: Do not use iron, copper, or aluminum kettles.
          You can drink it hot or cold as you like.
          Store in the refrigerator.
          After infusion, strain out the grounds with a tea strainer or gauze.

          Drink on an empty stomach. It is recommended to drink it in two to three divided doses per day according to your preference.

          The second infusion of Reishi can also be used as a tea substitute or as a bath salt.

          Preservation:
          Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity.
